Toronto hardcore up-and-comer, DoFlame, recently joined the Blue Grape Music roster and today he's announcing his sophomore album, BENT, due out October 11th. Masterminded by 21-year-old punk, Mateo Naranjo, DoFlame is like the hardcore version of a coming-of-age movie, capturing all of the joy, confusion, and determination of being young and unsure of what’s next, just as effectively as it blends the unbridled aggression of heavy music with the swagger of hip hop.

To mark the announcement DoFlame has shared a massive new single, "Fastlanes." The track follows "Can't Stand No One" (which drew attention from Revolver Magazine, BrooklynVegan, BBC 6 Music, and more) and together they demonstrate the impressive range of DoFlame's genre-twisting sound. Where "Can't Stand No One" leans into Naranjo's heavier, more stage-dive-inducing side, "Fastlanes" is a groove-laden punk banger, built around a cutting-yet-danceable riff and the singer's hip hop influenced cadences.
