San Francisco punks Spiritual Cramp has released Live At The BBC. Recorded at the iconic Maida Vale Studios in London on December 6, 2023, for Radio 1's Rock Show with Daniel P Carter, the release features live versions of singles from their debut album, Spiritual Cramp. Live At The BBC was produced, engineered, and mixed by Simone Lombardi and Ross Saunders.

Spiritual Cramp's Talking Heads meets Stiff Little Fingers-styled punk finds a balance between Molotov protest songs and genuine personal struggle, reflecting Bingham and Fenton’s upbringing in San Francisco's Bay Area. Praised for being a band in their own lane, their well-documented live shows and handful of EPs have kept them buzzing since forming in 2017. Since the album’s release, the band has toured with Rise Against, The Hives, Death From Above 1979, Militarie Gun, and White Reaper, with an upcoming tour alongside Bad Nerves.
